Tilia Sells HPP Provider Universal Pure

Tilia Holdings LLC recently announced that it has sold its portfolio company, Universal Pure Holdings LLC, to Aurora Capital Partners.

Universal Pure is the market-leading provider of food safety solutions for cold chain human and pet food.
