Ashley C. Miller, MPH, CP-FS is the Consumer Protection Manager for Mesa County Public Health in Grand Junction, Colorado. She leads a team of four Environmental Health Professionals and serves a community of over 15,000 residents. She has over 12 years of food safety experience ranging from leading quality assurance teams in food manufacturing, to assisting with regulatory compliance in broad line food distribution to most recently serving as the food safety expert for the National Restaurant Association. Ashley graduated from the University of Florida with a B.S. in Food Science and from the University of South Florida with a Master’s in Public Health.
