Cal works in a national role for CSDZ, a Holmes Murphy Company. He is a Certified Wellness Practitioner. He has over 30 years of risk management, safety/health and wellness experience in the manufacturing, services, and construction industries. He is dedicated to understanding and addressing emerging trends in workforce risk that affects and improves the wellbeing of workers. He partners with colleagues in Property/Casualty and Employee Benefits to address the human and financial impacts of behavioral health claims. He serves with the National Action Alliance for Suicide Prevention Executive Committee, the Expert Advisory Group for The Center for Workplace Mental Health, and the Lived Experience Advisory Committee of the Suicide Prevention Resource Center.
