Sr. Manager, Food Safety & Regulatory AffairsDan Tew is the Sr. Manger of Food Safety & Regulatory Affairs for Yum! Brands, Inc., the parent company of Taco Bell, KFC, and Pizza Hut. His work includes development and maintenance of Yum’s global Restaurant Food Safety Standards, the Global Restaurant Food Safety Audit, and ensuring regulatory compliance within the US. Dan has a BA in Biology from the University of North Carolina and an MBA from Wake Forest University. He has worked for YUM! Brands for over 26 years, the past 11 of which have been in the food safety arena.
