Eric Ewert is FSQ Zone Lead for Lab and Technical Services Department at Kraft Heinz Company. He is responsible for FSQ testing strategies, development and implementation of new methods, and external relations for the North America business. In prior roles, Eric has led Food Safety for iconic brands including Oscar Mayer, Lunchables, Philadelphia Cream Cheese, and Kraft Cheese in addition to acting as the crisis management lead for North America zone. Eric holds a M.S. in Biochemistry from Illinois Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Biology from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
