Over the past 23 years, he has worked in the field of Environmental Health Consulting in the UK and across multinational businesses globally. Matthew holds the BSc (Hons) Degree in Environmental Health, is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and NEHA, and a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). His expertise includes food safety standards, regulatory support, HACCP, legislative and technical compliance, policy development, audit training and delivery, training, and crisis management.
