Randy currently serves as the Rapid Response and Emergency Management Program Manager for the Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA). Randy also serves on the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) Board of Directors as Director-at-Large and prior to that, Regional Director for the western states. Prior to his current role at WSDA, he served as Rapid Response Coordinator and as a manufactured food and dairy inspector. Randy earned his Master of Public Health degree from the University of Washington. Randy currently lives in Spokane, WA with his wife Amanda, 2-year old human daughter Evelyn, and four fur children.
