As a KTL Partner and Senior Consultant, Roberto Bellavia manages food safety-related projects and supports clients of all sizes in complying with FDA and USDA requirements, creating and managing FSMS and food safety programs/procedures, implementing GFSI schemes, and conducting training. Prior to joining KTL, Roberto had a successful career with US Foods, where he provided leadership for quality and food safety programs; managed and developed HACCP, GMP, and SOP programs; and implemented GFSI certification for FSSC 22000 at 13 national locations. Roberto holds several food qualifications, including GFSI, HACCP, GMP, SSOP, SOP, FSPCA, and Lead Auditor certifications.
