Dr. Sarah Koske is an epidemiologist in the Enteric & Waterborne Diseases Unit of the Communicable Diseases Epidemiology Section at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services, Division of Public Health. She received her undergraduate degrees from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Master of Public Health degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dr. Koske’s primary responsibilities include enteric disease surveillance and the investigation of foodborne and waterborne disease outbreaks. She also investigates outbreaks of other zoonotic, environmental, and emerging diseases.
