Shane is CFO for Van Drunen Farms and FutureCeuticals. Based in the Chicagoland area with global operations for freeze-drying, drum-drying, freezing, farming, harvesting and supplying plant-based ingredients for dietary supplements, functional foods, and cosmetics. He has worked in the food industry for the past 38 years, spending time at US Foods in multiple roles, at Harvest / Sherwood Food Distributors as CFO, and as CFO for the United States at Mars / Royal Canin before coming to VDF in 2021.

Shane holds a BS Accountancy from the University of Missouri and is a CPA. He has worked closely with owners and investors to drive value, and partnered with teams in Quality and Safety to align on the value proposition from investments in risk avoidance and mitigation.
