Steven Mandernach is the Executive Director for the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO). He has served as the chair for the Manufactured Food Regulatory Program Alliance. Mandernach has a Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School. He is currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University.
