Theresa, aka “TK”, brings 30+ years’ experience in finance and human resources, her most recent position as Global Human Resources Director for Archer Daniels Midland (ADM). Prior to joining ADM, TK held senior level human resources roles at US Foods, Kraft Foods and started her career as a financial auditor for Deloitte & Touche.

TK is actively engaged with various leaders throughout the food industry.

TK studied at Illinois State University where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and obtained her Master of Business Administration within Finance from DePaul University. Free time she enjoys playing tennis, walking the trails at Morton Arboretum and follows her lifetime dream as she tours at Chicagoland elementary schools reading her children’s book, Shape Towns: Can Hexner Find His Home?
