Tracy Fink leads the Food Safety Consulting North America team. Tracy has held leadership roles at The Schwan Food Co., University of Minnesota, The Acheson Group, Neumann Risk Services, Lucrima, and Sterilex. Tracy is a Lead Instructor for Foreign Supplier Verification Programs and PCQI for Preventive Controls for Animal and Human Food. She earned a B.S. in Animal & Plant Science from the University of Minnesota and a M.S. from South Dakota State University. She has a Certificate in Logistics Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and served as the Corporate Advisor for several Master’s in Logistics students at MIT.
