Doug Noveroske is an epidemiologist with the USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service’s Office of Public Health Science. He has been with FSIS since 2016 and has led the FSIS response to numerous outbreak investigations potentially involving regulated meat, poultry, and egg products. In addition to outbreak investigations, his daily work also includes conducting surveillance for foodborne hazards and leading IT modernization efforts. Prior to joining FSIS, he served as a community health volunteer with the Peace Corps in Paraguay.
