Erik Anderson is a Field Director of Food Safety for Sysco where he leads a team of Food Safety Managers across multiple Distributions Centers in the US who are responsible for development, implementation, execution, and oversight of Sysco’s Food Safety Programs. He has been leading the Cold Chain Program at Sysco for the US and Canada for many years, working with various stakeholders to enable an industry-leading end to end monitoring program at Sysco. Prior to Sysco, Erik held various roles in Quality Assurance and Operations at Walmart and Wegmans.
