Lisa Jo Lupo has more than 30 years of food industry experience, with an emphasis on food safety communication. Through her positions as Director of Communications for The Acheson Group (TAG), Senior Advisor and Former Editor of Quality Assurance & Food Safety (QA) Magazine, and Owner/Operator of LJ Writing Services, Lisa champions her role as a voice of food safety for the global supply chain. She has spoken internationally on topics such best practices in food safety, industry trends, and the impact of consumer perspectives; is FSVP, IA VA, VA/KAT, and PACCO trained; and is a chapter author of Food Traceability and editor of numerous books.
