Nick has 40+ years of experience in food manufacturing and supply/cold chain management. He has held senior management positions with Kraft and Nestlé. His works with food companies of all sizes in supporting their cold chain distribution needs.
Nick uses cold chain management as a business and category builder through a structured approach to existing product quality and safety programs providing a disciplined system promoting consumer satisfaction and loyalty.
Nick works with Georgia Tech’s Supply Chain Institute on the ‘hyper-connected’ cold chain. He has an MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve U in Cleveland. OH.
