Traci is a Food Safety & Quality Assurance professional with +20 years of experience in the food industry. She has acquired a great breadth of skills and knowledge while working in food manufacturing, food service, technology and regulatory positions. Traci is currently a Food Safety Manager for McDonald's Corporation and the NEHA Region 5 Vice President. She holds the NEHA CP-FS and REHS credentials and participates in numerous professional support organizations such as NEHA, AFDO, CFP and Partners with a Common Purpose (PwCP). She is passionate about ensuring food safety within our communities and the world.
