The University of Illinois, Cornell University, and Perdue Farms are partnering on a project to study policy and management approaches to further reduce Salmonella cases linked to raw poultry.
Perdue Foods, LLC, a Perry, Ga. establishment, is recalling approximately 495 pounds of frozen ready-to-eat chicken products due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced today.
