Michigan State University’s (MSU’s) Online Food Safety Program is hosting an in-person, three-day workshop, titled, “Creating a Food Safety Culture,” in June. The event will take place at MSU’s East Lansing, Michigan Campus on June 10–12, 2025, and will be led by food safety expert, former U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) official, and MSU Adjunct Faculty member, Frank Yiannas, M.P.H.
