Tetra Pak® Pasteurizer PF is a new flexible, automated solution for sauces, dressings, pastes, dips, soups and other prepared food applications. Launched in March 2015, the technology extends the company’s existing hot fill / high acid portfolio, with a machine that will switch readily between hot- and ambient-filled products.
For food manufacturers, this multiple product capability provides far greater opportunity to respond to shifts in market demand, moving from one recipe to another with just a push of a button, securing a consistent product quality.
“The user-friendly technology and level of automation incorporated within Tetra Pak Pasteurizer PF adds up to a compelling solution for a broad customer profile in the prepared food industry. Tetra Pak Pasteurizer PF can be operated either as a standalone system or integrated with other Tetra Pak equipment on a processing line. Its modular format also allows for more functions to be added in stages.
