Sealed Air will be exhibiting at the Wisconsin Cheese Industry Conference (WCIC) at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, WI, April 12-13, 2017. Located side-by-side in booths 728 and 729, the Sealed Air displays will feature Cryovac® packaging solutions as well as new and expanded Diversey® Knowledge-based Services tailored to the needs of dairy processors.
Celebrating 75 years of innovation excellence in 2017, the Cryovac brand has led the charge for improving protective food packaging and systems. For dairy processors visiting the WCIC, Sealed Air will showcase a range of packaging innovations, from Grip & Tear® easy-to-open, vacuum-sealed bags to the BL75 fully automated, high speed bag loader that eliminates labor intensive, manual processes. Other automated Cryovac systems to be featured at the show include cheese block loading equipment and rotary vacuum systems that produce consistently high-vacuum levels at variable speeds.
Sealed Air will present their Cryovac packaging and equipment solutions at WCIC, which is aimed at helping cheese processors to improve operational efficiency, lower costs and differentiate themselves in the marketplace. Diversey Knowledge-based Services will also showcase offerings that are focused on improving hygiene efficiency in dairy operations. These services include AirCheck that helps address leaks in a compressed air system, AquaCheck that focuses on optimizing water and energy use, CIPTEC that offers precise, accurate Clean-in-Place (CIP) monitoring so CIP cycles can be shortened, and online employee training through the Diversey Hygiene Academy. Diversey Services aim to generate savings in terms of water, energy, or chemical use, as well as return production time to the processor by reducing the amount of time needed to clean properly.
