The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) is opening a new stakeholder consultation for the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Marketing Services (AMS) Harmonized GAP Plus+ version 3.0, issued on February 8, 2021. The stakeholder consultation is one of the critical steps in the assessment process against the GFSI Technical Equivalence Requirements Version 2020.
The USDA AMS is responsible for the management and oversight of the USDA Good Agricultural Practices Program.
This important step of the GFSI Benchmarking Process ensures its transparency and robustness, inviting interested stakeholders to review and comment on the assessment carried out by GFSI and its independent Benchmark Leaders.
