The Alliance for Advanced Sanitation is hosting monthly Sanitation Development Group meetings for sanitation professionals to learn, share information, and teach each other to support professional development and create a strong food safety culture among manufacturing staff, especially those with a role in sanitation. The meetings are open to anyone who is working on practical food safety in the food industry.
The monthly meetings are led by Jason White, PCQI, a Hazards Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)–certified sanitation professional with over 30 years of experience in the food manufacturing industry. Each meeting will feature various leaders and subject matter experts who will give a presentation on a topic, foster a discussion, and answer questions.
The next meeting will take place on January 12, 2024 at 9:00–10:00 A.M. ET. Rick Stokes, Area Technical Support Manager for Food Safety and Digital Consulting in the Food and Beverage division of Ecolab, will discuss soils and how to address them using the science of cleaning chemistry.
Registration is required, and can be accessed on the Alliance for Advanced Sanitation’s Sanitation Development Group webpage, where information about future meetings can also be found.
