GS1 US and The Food Industry Association: FMI (FMI) have joined forces to offer a four-part webinar series aimed at helping food processors understand the requirements for FSMA Rule 204. The webinar series, which will kick off on August 2, 2023, will offer several benefits for attendees:
- Explain foundational concepts that need to be understood to meet the recordkeeping requirements of FSMA 204
- Share guidance, expertise, and established best practices that support FSMA 204 recordkeeping requirements
- Demonstrate how increased traceability and visibility, enabled by GS1 standards, benefit consumers and supply chain stakeholders
- Share information about industry tools and guidance available for use to support implementation efforts for enhanced traceability processes.
