The Center for Produce Safety (CPS) is holding a free, three-part webinar series to highlight research projects that were presented at the 2024 CPS Research Symposium. Taking place in September and October, each webinar will focus on the purpose, goals, and outcomes of a different produce safety study, and will be presented by the respective leading investigators.
The complimentary webinar series includes:
- “CPS Tri-State Special Project on Harvest Equipment: A Data-Informed Consensus of ‘Clean for the Intended Purpose.’” Taking place Tuesday September 10, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. PT. Registration required.
- “Quantifying Risk Associated With Changes in EHEC Physiology During Post-Harvest Pre-Processing Stages of Leafy Green Production.” Taking place Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at 10:00 A.M. PT. Registration required.
- “Cross-Contamination Risks in Dry Environments.” Taking place Tuesday, October 8 at 10:00 A.M. PT. Registration required.
