On September 16–17, 2024, the National Advisory Committee on Meat and Poultry Inspection (NACMPI) will hold a public meeting to review and advise the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service (USDA’s FSIS) on definitions for establishment sizes, which FSIS is considering changing. NACMPI will also offer input on ways technology could enhance FSIS' inspection activities.
The public meeting is from 10:00 A.M.–4:00 P.M. ET on both September 16 and 17, 2024. Registration is required. A link to view the event will be sent via email to registrants.
