Dan Harrigan is the program lead for the Food Lab Technician Program at Blackhawk Technical College. Mr. Harrigan completed his graduate training at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, and has been teaching microbiology, molecular biology, and food safety for more than 15 years. He is a member of ASM, IFT, and has been awarded multiple faculty and teaching awards. When not in the lab, he helps his wife run their small organic farm just outside Monroe, Wisconsin.
