Last week, Chicago-based Aspen Foods Division of Koch Meats recalled nearly 29,000 pounds of Salmonella Enteritidis contaminated chicken that was reportedly distributed to retailers in Minnesota. Today, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety Inspection Service released a list of additional retail stores in 15 more states that may have received the recalled meat, including “raw stuffed chicken breast breaded” and “boneless breast of chicken with rib meat ‘a la kiev’”.

States on the updated list are Colorado, Idaho, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, New Hampshire, Nevada, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
