The European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) will hold a webinar on October 24, 2023 at noon CEST to help stakeholders better understand the procedure for novel food applications.
The webinar will also cover what support is provided by the agency during the pre-submission phase, and common issues identified during the suitability check of a novel food application. EFSA will also address participant questions during the event.
Food business operators, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, research centers, universities developing novel food products, and consultants are invited to attend.
Registration is required for the webinar. Questions can be submitted ahead of time through the registration form. The event will be held in English.
